Added simple LVS planner profiles #1

Seems to still be running out of memory when running globally

@Levi-Armstrong I got this running on my system now, not sure what was holding it up on Friday, just rebased all my packages and it worked today. Was able to change some params in the LVS Raster profile to show that it actually was using the given inputs correctly.
