updated to new environment_monitor_interface.h #14

I was getting the build error while compiling this repo. I mentioned the problem in this issue two days ago. I think the tesseract_ros package and other core packages in general are not in sync with tesseract_ros_workcell. This repo needs to be updated asap. Thanks!

Thanks for the fix. I did not see this before I pushed a fix this morning. As part of the same PR on tesseract_ros I broke the environment_monitor_interface wait functions. I just merged in a PR fixing the issues so now this should run. I recommend running the positioner launch file which ran for me last night.
