Add the option to switch the parser of the video

Describe the solution you'd like

• Video parser is not working properly. This has been improved with v111.2.0. ffprove-based processing is possible.
• However, ffprove-based analytics offers advanced features for full video support.
  • If you just want to stream a standard MP4, you can even skip the analysis
  • Probably there are a different need than it was 10 years ago ... When analyzing a library of small videos such as snippet on a smartphone or music clips, Tika can provide faster analysis than ffprove.
  • If the user can select these, the cost-effectiveness of the functions provided by Perth will be better.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Tika parser has implemented in #1368.

• A mechanism to provide faster scanning and a mechanism to select a parser have not been released yet.

• [ ] Add an option so that the user can select the conventional ffprobe-only analysis and Tika combined analysis

  • The processing order of the fields on create the current MediaFile will change partially.
  • The processing order of video scans is also changed
  • If we want to improve the scanning efficiency, you need a mechanism that can scan the sample in advance.

We haven't put a lot of effort into video, but it's one of the features we care about. But, things have changed quite a bit since this issue was drafted.

Currently, Jpsonic has Docker installed, and many tunings are being performed using DS200+ as a verification machine. Now that most of the scans have been improved, v113 and v114 are the most important now.

• v113 : The design of the index will be changed to include scans and the view will be improved. This is because it is the most expensive process that can be executed concurrently with Scan.
• v114 : Podcasts will be redesigned and reimplemented. It is less practical. Also, it does not support canceling the process. Long-running Processes should be fully cancelable, like scans. When automatic service updates are provided, all functions should be designed with that in mind.

Video analysis had been able to work, so it will be after this. Of course, more detailed verification will be done. As a plus material, there is JNI enhancement of Java21. They may also be considered.
