Minor improvements to "Top Songs" #1883

If you have a good pull request.

FYI. In Lastfm's web page, Top Songs and Similars etc have memories of able to choose the home base of the trade area and the radius range. I don't know if the API can do that. Unless they are controllable, the suggestions feature is less appealing to users who live outside of States.
