Review DevAtServ Docker concept #14

The current proposal is to use Docker containers as base for DevAtServ delivery. Destination is Linux as well as Windows. For this Docker containers are aggregated to a debian and inno installer.

The concept need to be reviewed. Also to consider is that the number of microservice can grow to a large number.
