temporary skip repo has issue #375

Hi @test-fullautomation, Currently, the issue originates from two repositories: robotframework-robotlog2rqm and robotframework-testsuitesmanagement. I will temporarily skip them to allow the pipeline to run successfully. I'll coordinate with Holger to resolve the issue. Thank you
