Json schema for configuration file #13

There should be a json schema to specify the format of alias.json. This will become very useful as soon as the file is modified via text editor and not by MicroserviceManagerGUI.

test-fullautomation: We also need to take care that we have a scaling structure. Json file becomes an API for test automation therefore later changes need to be avoided.
