migrate and separate microservice for cleware switch

This repository shall hold the cleware-switch microservice using python-microservice-base repository as dependency. python-microservice-base shall hold the generic python infrastructure.

Architecture shall follow uTAS with RabbitMQ as message broker. All ZMQ shall be replaced with RabbitMQ infrastructure.

Task is:

[x] Keyword lib for robotframework
[x] Control of multiple (different) Cleware switches (Relay, USB)
[x] Electronjs + React + bootstrap + qQuery based GUI to configure Relay boxes
[x] Initial target: Linux

A subfolder of python-microservice-cleware-switch repository shall hold initial keyword library and GUI.
