increase package version for tagging within build pipeline #19

Hi Thomas,

This PR fixes issue that this package is not available on PyPi in the verification of tag job in build pipeline. The workflow to publish package to PyPi is not triggered due to the tag for latest version 0.1.2 is already existing. (Latest change does not increase the version)

Hi Thomas,

Please also check that secret PYPI_API_TOKEN is set properly in this repo for accessing to PyPi. This token should be created in Settings > Secrets > Actions.
