update robotframework core to robotframework 6 #13

robotframework core need to be updated to robotframework 6.

dasbus integration into TML has higher priority.

please look into this. Next Version (0.7.0) should be based on latest stable RobotFramework Core 6.

Set planned version to 0.8.0 as per request from Cuong.

develop_6.1 branch shall be used for gitlab and OSS version.
