on new branch for OSS release

windows: exact result bit wise encoded
linux: result as proposed by holger dependent how many percent pass/fail/unknown/skipped

Oh panic!

Does this mean, that the return values are different in Windows and Linux? This will kill the self test!

In self test the return values are checked. But it is not considered that the values can operating system dependent.

hm... maybe we should make this configurable. I like the bit encoded values we can do in Windows. For uses who only use windows this can be nice...

@milanac030988 : Before implementation we need to agree an a concept.
