Add data_sources attribute to count total testcases in Testsuites-Management package

As per conversation this pull request will be closed if an alternative solution without change of robotframework core is found.

Hello Thomas,

 I had created the pull-request for Testsuites-Management package to remove the data_sources collection.
 The data_sources object does not need anymore.
 I also revert my commit in this pull-request, now this pull-request only contains Cuong's commit to fix the issue related to "unknow" state.
 So, you can merge this pull-request which contains only the commit of Cuong.
