pull-request for "user" logging feature to community #67

A community pull-request shall be created for our "user" logging feature to the robotframework community.

  1. "user" logging feature must be implemented at a branch, branched from the latest community master.
  2. test-fullautomation need to create pull-request once branch is ready.
