case-sensitive paths on a case-insensitive filesystem #22

Cloning the repository under Windows causes the following error:

warning: the following paths have collided (e.g. case-sensitive paths
on a case-insensitive filesystem) and only one from the same
colliding group is in the working tree:

  'packagedoc/additional_docs/pictures/DiffView.PNG'
  'packagedoc/additional_docs/pictures/DiffView.png'

PNG <-> png should be avoided.
