it was generated from https://github.com/test-kitchen/busser/blob/v0.6.2/templates/plugin/README.md.erb. @fnichol, please update this erb and tell us suitable plugin usage link?

The new page to point at should be https://kitchen.ci/docs/verifiers/serverspec/
