This includes the following cases:

when a gem does not exist
when a gem is missing dependencies, like native extensions that cannot be installed
when a RubyGems issue occurs and a legitimate gem cannot be installed

Just hit this as well. LMK if you need additional details. test-kitchen (1.2.1)

Incorrect Path structure was: cookbooks/apache/test/integration/default/serverspec/localhost

With correct path structure the error went away. The error was same as in issues/146

I ran into this today; the notes here and in an #146 were good enough for me to fix this, but better error messaging would have been nice. Has the merging of this improvement stalled?
