A bot account is registered at https://github.com/apps/tc39-bot with the intent of transferring the ownership into the tc39 org when the bot goes live.

Another bot account, https://github.com/apps/test-tc39-bot is registered for testing purposes. It is currently installed onto the test-tc39-bot/test repository, where I have been using test-tc39-bot/test#1 as a scratchpad for live testing of the code.
