[Enhancement] Extend 3rd party dictionaries to include Google Translate and DioDict 3 #770

As of now, ebookdroid only supports Fora Dictionary, ColorDict and GoldenDict. 
But many phones are preinstalled with Google Translate or DioDict 3. Would it 
be possible to support these dictionaries in the near feature? Thank you!

Google Translate does not provide public docs about calling intent.

DioDict 3: Am I correct:

App with rating 2.7 and 1 stars more than 5 stars and only 10,000 - 50,000 
installs? Way NO!

Google translate added but because it has no stable call specification - it 
works only with current version of GT.
