Bookmark File/Bookmark Backup location

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Looking for bookmarks file so I can move it to new phone and have the same 
bookmarks as on the old phone.

On the bookshelf screen long tap on book, select Export. After that file with 
all the settings will be created near book file. Move it to your phone, pu near 
book and use long tap to Import.

Could the backup and restoration functions of book annotations be implemented 
on book notes? So people can copy book and its notes to different devices.

As I said in previous comment you can export and import of book settings along 
with all notes and drawings.
