Add compose #19

In this pull request is terminated a big part of compose for manage with ruby.

Looks like you need to add compose to the main Gemfile/Gemfile.lock

I merged this into the add_compose branch: https://github.com/testcontainers/testcontainers-ruby/tree/add_compose

I'm finishing some refactors before merging this into the main branch.
