Bump module versions to `v0.2.0` #35

We'll need new versions of each module gem in order for them to be able to bundle with testcontainers v0.2+.

I think the Redpanda tests are flaky?

Thank you! I'll also try to reproduce it locally and see if I can fix it.

@guilleiguaran I think this is related but I'll need to read more to understand how best to fix it.
