Frontpage contributors #33

With the existing jekyll theme, we are able to add additional frontpages to the site that can also be shown as links in the sidebar.

In the past, we had a list of contributors in the readme for mocha-typescript. I think that it would be nice to have this list on a separate page that can be navigated to via the frontpage sidebar.

I have ruled out putting the contributors unto a separate page. They are now part of the frontpage.
