Use coding conventions
add start/stop function printout for Init/Exec/Finalise - very useful for quick debugging

Hi Tom, not sure this is necessary as tool start and stop messages are available in ToolDAQ framework if you set the verbosity of the toolchain higher.

Is this needed as well?
