Should work with singularity
Sets up for (energetic)BONSAI automatically in docker if they're there
gitignore the ToolDAQ softlink

Note this requires a base build. Also, requires WCSim/WCSim#284 to be merged first & a new WCSim base built There'll be another WCSim base build coming soon using ROOT6. Maybe I should add that to 284... will set a test going

Just put root6 on the WCSim PR. It works all the way through to TriggerApplication
