Following on from #63 this adds the LEAF reconstruction tool as a new tool "LEAFRecon"
Current issues
The output is always a reconstructed vertex at 0,0,0, and time at the trigger time. This could be to do with the LEAF tunes (some splines) being for the wrong geometry (some are provided with LEAF, but they're almost certainly for a hybrid (20" + mPMT) WCSim geometry). I'm contacting people to get these scripts.
Note that this happens for LEAF natively too, so is probably not (or isn't only) an issue with this TriggerApp tool
Need to understand the LEAF output to fill the ReconInfo object correctly (particularly for direction)
Can give LEAF the true vertex. I think this is just for debug printouts, but may be used for other things. Currently giving detector centre (0,0,0) - will attempt to fill with the real vertex if it's useful (this is potentially difficult e.g. when we have 1000s of vertices in a WCSim SN)
