PhantomJs has been archived - Replace it with Headless Chrome #238

PhamtonJS has been archived, so are there plans to replace it?

I don't actively maintain this gem anymore, but if someone wants to send a PR to do this, I'd be happy to review it.

We've worked around it for now by removing the PhantomJS dependency in a fork and running the tests like so: https://github.com/barsoom/jasmine-rails/commit/0393486aec8644e713ac4f0976fba3a26ac9e2f0#r37228066

But longer term we want to replace jasmine-rails, of course, as it's no longer maintained. No idea yet about alternatives.
