Remove unitest2 #285

unittest2 hasn't been updated since June 2015 and since Python 2.6 support was dropped, it is no longer needed.

Yeah, I think it is. Sorry, didn't see that until I submitted. Was working on a patch for Fedora and thought I should do it upstream.
