Extract image cropping code into its own class #8

Not all images need to be cropped, so the increasingly complex image cropping 
code should be extracted out of slirimage.class.php into its own class. This 
should improve the speed and memory usage of SLIR when only resizing images.

Resizing should be extracted into its own class as well.
