Port contributor info, add code of conduct #17

We split the original testium code into multiple repositores. So even though it's no longer visible in the git history, all these people contributed to the current state.

Latest version of Contributor Covenant
Take contributors data from testium and apply to this repo
List of contributors is alphabetically ordered
E-Mails are only included if they were public (Github profile)
