Deletion bug #94

Fix the bug that deleted student-made files and changes students had made to the project template's files, when updating the exercise project.
When force_update is enabled for files in .tmcproject.yml, overwrite those files.
When force_update is enabled for directories in .tmcproject.yml, overwrite all files included in the updated exercise, and delete all student-made files.
