@syyspe

Which version of TMC-plugin for Netbeans do you have installed?

Pasting should have been enabled since version 1.1.9.

syyspe commented 6 years ago

Hello,

I have 1.1.13, on Win10 Enterprise edt.

Does ctrl-c + ctrl-v work for you?

I just tested Netbeans with TMC 1.1.13 with Windows 10, and ctrl-c + ctrl-v seemed to work.

Which version of Java do you have?

syyspe commented 6 years ago

C:\WINDOWS\system32>java -version java version "1.8.0_171" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_171-b11) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.171-b11, mixed mode)

Is the issue specific to the password field, can you paste text elsewhere in Netbeans?

Could you also send us Netbeans' IDE log to mooc@cs.helsinki.fi please? You can find the IDE log from Netbeans by pressing View --> IDE log. You can then copy the whole log to the email.

syyspe commented 6 years ago

Edit: Removed the log mistakenly included here, will send via email.

copy/paste works elsewhere, like in the code editor. The TMC logon dialog doesn't allow paste in either username or pwd boxes. Log attached.

Thanks!

Unfortunately I'm still not sure what's causing the issue on your computer. We'll post more information if we figure something out!
