I think GitHub page with a custom host (http://reportng.testng.org) should be enough

Done, but the documentation should be updated (link, date, ...)

It's a github feature. Follow the link I provided. Here, I choose to use the docs folder but you have some other possibilities.

@juherr - Before putting in the documentation into README.md I tried to fiddle around with the gh-pages part.. but for some reason the end-point that Github was generating was always routing me to testng.org/reportng and i was hitting a page not found error. How did you fix that part ?
