Public report link in CI

Can playwright reporter create a publicly accessible link in the CI ? The current link it creates for the reporter is the private link on the Testomatio UI

Please update reporter to 1.0.10 And use TESTOMATIO_PUBLISH=1 env var

TESTOMATIO_PUBLISH=1 TESTOMATIO=xxx <actual command>

Currently in testing, will be generally available after the release
