Filter for items with Legacy mods #12

See if I can use the mods from the below repo to detect items which currently have legacy mods

Best course of action may be to have the ItemsManagerWorker::Init() or ItemsManagerWorker::OnTabReceived() methods start flagging mods that are legacy as it's reading them in.
