Examples of `mo` in the wild, in main README #36

I would love to see how other people are using mo, and the various use cases and setups people have come up with.

I feel like a simple list of "Projects which use mo" in the main README, with links to the relevant github repos would suffice.

I for one, would find this very useful.

We use mo in Fetch Apply! :)

I'm hoping to get more than one project before I put it into the README. My projects are all for work and aren't public, so we need to depend on the community to supply a couple more tools that use it.

@fidian When you search for mo on GitHub (https://github.com/search?l=&q=mo+filename%3Amo+language%3AShell&type=Code), it appears that there are a few hundred repositories that use it. Either way, I recommend searching, as there are many that may work! :+1:
