Description

Fixed the bulk upload deletion while used in Test Plans and Test Cases.[Child Tickets of TOS 782] Fix does not allow the deletion of an upload used in a Test Plan as a Test Machine. Added a linked test plans pop-up along with the TEST PLAN NAME with its corresponding TEST MACHINE.
