launch testsigma agent bat file its throwing 502 error bad gateway installed via downloader package

@AnuYohannan - From the screenshot I guess the issue should be either the Testsigma server is not running or not reachable(if its running). The screenshot is from the agent side...can you check using curl if you are able to reach the https://local.testsigmaos.com url where you are supposed to start the Testsigma server. You can refer to https://testsigma.com/docs/getting-started/setup/downloadable-package/ link for setting up Testsigma server component
