Specify output files as $(OutDir)/$(ProjectName).ext in MSVC projects #14

Instead of hardcoding the name as gtest.lib. This reduces errors and
minimizes changes in case we rename a project.

We can do this when we actually need to rename a project, as there are already 
too 
many things for us to work on.  Please re-open it if you feel strongly about it.
