[ttd-vale] Adjust checks we use

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently we are using ALL checks from vale styles.

This is IMHO not perfect, lots of the checks are there multiple times.

Describe the solution you'd like Use one set of well configured checks, make sure all work and no check is there multiple times.

Additional context Since we have some checks multiple times we get multiple warnings for the same part of 'wrong' docs.
