Improve docs in general

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The docs are still not that good! Explain better what it is all about, like "a collection of checks/tests, for certain audience" etc, etc, etc

• Use content strategy
• Use style guide
• Use SEO

Point and/or mention that even if you should use the checks locally, the main idea/reason is CI/CD
