Add yaml linter and test #12

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add a yaml linter, which runs on CI.

Describe the solution you'd like Strictly spoken, almost none of the file is currently valid yaml. We should have a check which makes sure we only valid files.

Describe alternatives you've considered Use for example https://yamllint.readthedocs.io/en/stable/# with a configuration to ignore the default file length (80 chars).
