Building on VS Express 2010 #14

I am using VC++ Express 2010 with the Windows 7 SDK on AMD64.

Error is:

'cl' is not recognized as an internal or external command.

Could you point me in the right direction?

Have you tried running the scripts through the VS command prompt?
