[Xcode 4] [Snow Leopard] Lots of compile issues #221

On Snow Leopard with Xcode 4.0, there are a number of build issues.

All of the user-defined SDKROOT_ vars need to be deleted or corrected as there 
is no such thing as the items defined. And gcc 4.0 throws a ton of warnings; 
using system default works ok.

Also, who is sam and why are we making /Users/sam :)

There is no xcodeproj created after the cmake. Only the StormLib.

Also, if the precompiled binary is from this code, the glew library search path 
is hardcoded and the wrong arch.
