Saved Character changes when Equipment set is loaded

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create two characters, i use the tauren, making them look completely 
different and save them.
2. Create an Equiment set using one character and save it.
3. Try to load the equipment set on the other character by choosing load 
equipment and the model of the character should change back to that of the 
character used when creating the equipment set.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is to see the equipment set that was created on that second 
character. Instead the character model reverts back to that of the first 
character.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The most recent one on Windows, i believe xp or the one above.

Please provide any additional information like screenshot and log.txt
below.
