This feature adds the ability to set a minimum price. If a price would be below the minimum after applying all other rules, it will instead be set to the minimum.
The default for the minimum value is 1, so the current functionality is maintained unless specifically changed.
@tesu I only bumped the version to 1.2.0.2 because I saw in the PR that added the mod command it only bumped that part, but if you accept this and would like it changed to something else just let me know.
