Adjust for API 9 #52

I don't actually know how sigs work. Either before or after API 9, so I mostly just looked at other plugins that had to make similar changes and did the other things I know needed to be done (add I to services that became interfaces).

But testing on my machine, it works!

Oops, I just wrote the same feature and was about to test it before seeing this PR. Thanks for writing/testing!
