do we remove dco:networkId as it is not used, or use it instead of example.com/networkId #16

Unfortunately we've used the example.com/networkId instead of dco:networkId to represent logins to VIVO and the uid. We either change that or we remove dco:networkId.

dco:networkId
      a       owl:FunctionalProperty , owl:DatatypeProperty ;
      rdfs:domain foaf:Person ;
      rdfs:label "network ID"@en-US .

My vote would be to migrate away from example.com/networkId and use dco:networkId.
