Is dco:homeCountry the same as obo:RO_0001025, which is "located in" #33

I'm thinking not, but because we use the obo property for organizations, why not use it for people as well.

dco:homeCountry
      a       owl:ObjectProperty ;
      rdfs:domain foaf:Person ;
      rdfs:label "Nationality"@en-US ;
      rdfs:range vivo:Country ;
      rdfs:subPropertyOf owl:topObjectProperty , dco:homeCountry .

look at Rensselaer (do a search) and your own profile and you'll see the property in both.

I would say this is not equivalent to dco:homeCountry as you could be currently located in a different country from your home country.

Additionally, I would say that home country and nationality are not the same concept... so perhaps there should be another ticket to evaluate changing the label of dco:homeCountry?

dco:homeCountry is from the original set of metadata elements we were asked to collect. It means the country the subject grew up in...
