Removing deprecated properties from ontology #42

dco:projectUpdates property is the old DatatypeProperty that was used in the summer of 2014 for the first pass at project updates. This property has since been removed for a more expressive schema.

I think this is the last simple change that we can do in this sprint. The rest of the changes require information modeling, answering questions, determining what the impact is, etc... using ontology change requests.
