relatedOrganization includes no semantics about the type of relationship there is between the organizations #51

Is one organization a parent of another? A sibling organization? A collaborating organization? Perhaps have sub properties of relatedOrganization.

Could we perhaps use the W3C Organization Ontology instead? http://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-org

It defines a few high-level relationships between organizations - e.g. hasSubOrganization, linkedTo, transitiveSubOrganizationOf, etc. Most of the W3C Organization properties are about describing the structure of an organization and it's sub-orgs. There is a class for describing qualified organization collaboration (http://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-org/#org:OrganizationalCollaboration)
